No. Glyphosate is not considered a carcinogen by all the best-established science-based evaluation programs in the world, except WHO. Toxicology is my bag and the overall weight of evidence at this time is against glyphosate being a carcinogen. WHO's determination is bizarre and has engendered a lot of backlash. It has become a major news issue in science circles. WHO moved the goalposts on its glyphosate review. Some reporters have dug into the WHO evaluation and have found some very very troubling things.
People can read and decide for themselves.

WHO is also known for having classified coffee as a carcinogen. WHO links lots of things with cancer including alcohol, processed foods, pickling, salt cured meats/fish, sugar, hot drinks and the sun. That court case is taking place in the middle of all of this and the courtroom is where lawyering can be a great influence on understanding complex science. It isn't finished and more will come from this for sure.
