Anyone in Northern GTA III

If there are no rides for our group organized I will do a solo run to south Simcoe, and a bit more north, as I want to check out a road up there (close to Orillia), and my curiosity is killing me. I need to know if its all covered in gravel or if its clear, and for some screwed up reason its WARMER up north...:confused1:

I am probably going to do this earlier in the morning.. leave by around 10am...
 
I'm in for 10am. Just rev your bike really loud up and down my street. Meet @? and whoever shows shows and we go from there i know a few fun roads on the way .

I got out for a ride tonight once I got home, hit a bunch of the local roads and although there was a bit of gravel at a few intersections it was actually in better condition than I thought it would be. Spotted about a dozen riders enjoying the same roads.
It has been nice seeing some familiar names appear in the thread, long time no see, and others who would like to meet up. Wednesday is shaping up as a nice day weather wise and would be a good opportunity for a meet and greet and go for a ride on some of the local roads.
I'm thinkin' the Tim Hortons on the N/W corner of Leslie & Major Mackenzie. 6-6:30ish for coffee, stand up around 7 and end up back at Timmies in Markham or Stouffville around 8ish. Short ride yeah but more of a chance to meet anyway. Post or PM if you are interested. (Although I'm riding regardless..ha-ha)
Ideas/suggestions regarding time/route etc. are welcome.:thumbup:

anyone know if i take out the snorkel in my bike will it not make a difference if i dont get it tuned?

YAY your sprocket is fixed!! I did the same... rode the local roads to check for gravel. Everywhere (even way up by Orillia) is nice and fairly clean, with a few rough spots mostly in the intersections as you said... Your picture had me confused for a min though.

I'll be there wednesday@timmies around 6:45 with a full tank. As for where to go, I don't know what the place is called but it was that awesome neighborhood with those mcmansions, then to musslman lake... then anywhere... =)

And I think I'll go for a quick rip right now before it starts to rain again..
