No. I'm not. Meh at best. Much better than the brown and water at TH, but that's a pretty low bar.missing out
Back to the groms... I would love one but the used market is almost solely heavily modified and/or overpriced so I’m in no rush.

Hm, I checked Kijiji, you're right, most of them are not too far off from MSRP. Low mileages too, rare to see one with 10K or more. Some with less than 1K even.
Some bikes are just depreciation-proof. Reminds me of the WR250Rs...
Grom is by far the favourite for the students. Mostly the women snap them up first and the guys sneer and avoid them on day 1 like the plague. By midway of day 2 the women are complaining that the guys won’t swap back for the exam lol
i'm old enough, i still remember my dad buying the honda accord which had Auto Play feature on the cassette. Switched over to side B without taking it out. <mind blown>Back when the YSR-80's were still in production, one of my friends wouldn't stop talking about how cool they were. I asked what made them so special, especially since he also had a brand new GSXR-750. He said "it's like feeling you got when when you first tried a Walkman". OK, I guess this will be lost on many of you...
I still don't understand why Yamaha discontinued them, and now the WR250R as well. Some bikes are just depreciation-proof. Reminds me of the WR250Rs...

The women tend to gravitate to them because they have the lowest seat heights and are relatively light.Grom is by far the favourite for the students.
