I have loaned two bikes to friends for taking the m test. Neither one had or caused me any trouble. Gave them the paperwork to prove insurance. Since I wasn’t renting it for profit no problem. Second one was my car mechanic so free oiled change on bike and truck.

Is that a yes?

You might have more luck asking for help fixing your bike then asking for a motorcycle. Also, good luck getting a road test booked. You may have more time then you think to get that bike going.
