Haha I dropped his helmet a couple weeks ago and he just replaced it yesterday. So he is out on the bike now and he's all excited...plus my dad wouldn't be too impressed if he found out lol.

there are 5 settings on the suspension..... just put it on the lowest....

Those don't lower the bike, they only adjust the pre-load on the rear shock. They should be adjusted for the weight of the rider.
To lower a 250 you need lowering links for the rear, possibly risers for the bars, and a shorter kickstand (especially if you lower both the front and rear).

I'm pretty sure that by what he wrote, it would have meant that he would pay 100% over what the original repair costs are. I.e. If the repairs were $1,000, then he would pay an additional 1,000 over.
Right?
Thanks a ton for the offer. We waited around until 9pm for the Ninja 250 guy to come through but he didn't. Will be setting up another demo day for her soon. I'll ask her if she thinks she could handle all your power between her legs.

"Over" means to pay over the cost of the damage. Going over by 100% means he will pay out double whatever the cost of the damage is!
