Anyone ever get a Ducati...

It's quite possible. Check length width height with a measuring tape first. Measure bike and then opening. If you are using ramps to get it in then you need more clearance up top. Had to load a gixxer in an astro van, fit like a glove.

Astro vans are quite a bit larger inside than a Caravan. You can fit two bikes in an Astro with lots of room to spare.

I've seen guys at track days lift their SS into a minivan without ramps. They just grab a couple of extra helping hands and it looked pretty easy.

Ghetto... but easy.

Could also do this...

Wonder if that guy drained all the fluids first.

Thought about doing this with my first bike. Was told it is a terrible idea.

I put a 2003 CBR600RR in the back of a 96 Caravan, had to take the windshield off but other than that it was easy as pie. Windshield was 6 allan head bolts and caravan of that era had a smaller type opening.

... supersport into the back of a Dodge Caravan? Besides the guys that steal them that is. Is it possible or are they too tall?

Which model?
The monster and any of the hypers no.
But some of the older 748, 749 models are kind of small and may.

There's always this too:

The bike is 42.5" standing straight up. Will have to measure the van. Thanks for your input. Expensive bike that I don't want marked up.

How does insurance work if you have the bike inside the van and you crash? lol

The bike will NOT be covered by the truck policy, unless the truck has third party coverage... and the bike is owned by a third party.

I've been in two collisions while carrying a bike in a truck (I wasn't driving either time). As long as the bike is tied down correctly, you should be OK. We once wrote off Bent Bike's truck... and my CB750 in the back. Bent the forks and broke the steering head.

OH yeah. GOOD TIMES.

U-Haul rents motorcycle trailers for dirt cheap...

I went down down to fla with a thruxton in a grand caravan last winter. Tie a strap on the front axle to handlebar, crank down, remove from plastics and clocks (I did) should be good. Best way to transport a bike.
