I almost never use them. If I need side cases I'll put on my bigger side cases. Keep in mind that I always have the Givi E52 mounted on the back.

Let me know if you want to sell them, I am close to Newmarket myself. How do you like the big top case?

hehe - is there a step through in your future?
Nah.. I just spent a few days in Mykonos Greece and rented a scooter. I understand why they generally give scooters to tourists and I don't mind them but I'd rather ride a motorcycle.
Funny thing is that between the time I started this message and right now as I type a man from a rental company just delivered a rental V-Strom DL650 to me here in Santorini. I'll have it for a week as we explore the island.

Santorini is great...spent part of our honeymoon there. We left the bike in Athens and rented a moped on the island...on a v strom your gonna have fun. Sometimes I think I would be happy just renting mopeds to tourists all day. I think we spent 4 or 5 days there. I can still taste the wine/feta/tomatoes/bread .....mmmmm We saw lots of old guzzis and airheads. Lots of touristy stuff and way too many little churches, I think the smallest one I saw could seat 4 or 5 people....I don't know if you are on the mainland, but if you can ride the road that comes into athens where all the freaking windmills are...crazy riding two up in the crosswinds, worst I have ever seen, all our stuff for 2 months leaned over like crazy to go staight, had to stop every 30 min .not sure what road, but we took a ferry outta Italy to Greece and then rode south into Athens.
Have fun, take some pics....check out the beaches there is a red one and a black one and the standard white one...stop at all the little villages inland, watch out for donkeys though they were everywhere we went..a week may be a little long for the island, maybe you can get across the caldera to the other island, I think it was less developed.
The mountains in the north of Greece are fun too....just watch yourself after dark, lots of wolves and it is the middle bf nowhere up there.
anyway, let me know if you want to sell your 21's when you get back.....
