Can you not run a O2 simulator? It's the same deal on Yamaha R6, can't tune area below 30% throttle below 9000rpm because the ECU is using the O2 sensor and will just undo any changes you make. They sell a O2 simulator that you plug into the O2 sensor connectors and voila, you can tune the full range: http://www.powercommander.com/downloads/14-002/install/optimizer/eng76125015.pdfPC or Bazzaz do not work for the Ducati's as it will not allow you to tune below 4000 rpm unless you reflash your ECU first to turn off the O2 sensors ($300).
