Ah the good old one lunger's cant beat em for fun, and in the bush with deep snow.

OK, now THIS is a season to be excited for!!! I can't remember the last time I could snowmobile in November, but checking the cottage this weekend (near Bancroft) I SHOULD have brought my sled because there is already almost a foot of snow in most places. All the non-maintained and private roads are now snowmobile trails and I'm STOKED!!! :)

Picked up a 2014 MXZ 600etec X-Package last week. My first sled.

Who is getting fired up for sled season? I’ve started getting organized over the past couple weeks. So far I’ve picked up a 2017 Polaris Assault 800 with 700 miles for myself. I’ve been on Ski-doo’s for a few years so it’ll be a change. I can’t wait to try it really lol. It’s pretty much ready to go, I just have to stud it and change a couple odds and ends to get it set up the way I want. I did stud my gf’s sled this past weekend so that’s done but I still need to install the tunnel protectors and do a pre season service on it so will be headed back up north soon to do that.

Royal in Guelph is having a renovation grand opening sale this Saturday and I believe all the locations have a Black Friday sale going on from Friday to Sunday if anyone needs anything.

I probably still have some bags of studs around that I would let go for a great price if anyone is interested. They are long, I'd have to dig them out to get the details if anyone might be interested.

I managed to put on 2500km on the MXZ last season and had a great time. Wife didn't like being on the back so much so we picked up a 08 Polaris FST 750 IQ-LX as a second sled this year (another 1-owner sled with full dealer service history like the MXZ). I've got both serviced, shined up and ready for snow and we're looking forward to putting on lots of miles again this season.

Sounds like you had a pretty good season. I typically get around 2000km in a season. I’m just a local rider, I have family in Midland. It’s 50’ from the driveway for us to get on the trails or 200’ to the lake so I just leave my sleds up there and head up after work on the weekends.

Love the Ski-doo’s. I personally think they make the best sled out there but wanted to try this Polaris out. I just came off a 13 Renegade 800 x. Was a great sled.

About 75% of those miles were in the Ganaraska as it's 2km from my door. It was my first season so I was more concerned with just improving my riding skills which the Ganny was awesome for. We're building across the road from the trail entrance next year.
Those Assaults look great.
15cm snow expected Sunday ;)

Looking forward to building a bigger garage next season.72381999_10162325477345301_8857899688951545856_o.jpg

The Jiger was a blast, if you could keep both motors running :| my brother and I used to take turns running each other over with it :ROFLMAO:

Anyone ridden a Polaris Titan yet? That's the sled I want to upgrade to from my Skandic eventually, they look SWEEET (for someone who needs a working sled 75 percent of the time but likes to have fun the other 25 percent ;)

I've never ridden a utility sled but all I know is those Titan's seem HUGE. You ever manage to get one stuck I hope there's a crane nearby. Give me a month and I'll have a rough idea on what I think of the Axys chassis though.
