When pilot is on, valve in on position, TStat jumpers red- then put a jumper on the gas valve where the thermocouple red/white wires are. That’ll show if thermopile is the issue

My guess is it should be a Millivolt TStat. Old school 2wire, could be a battery operated stat. But it’s not getting power from 110, no control boards or set down transformer in that unit.What powered the tstat circuit then? It needs power from something.
R and W for heat,Thanks @Kawyman Jumped the Tstat and the burner kicked on. Really surprised. The new simple (dumb) bimetal tstat doesn't work. What is there to go wrong??
I'm going to re-install the programable stat add new batteries and see what happens??
Question how do I reconnect the programable? I have the two wires coming from the valve and my choices are "Y" "W" "G" "RH" and "RC"
"RC" and "RH" are currently connected with a red jumper wire.
