Racism is 100% a reality. I can see it in our company.
White manager = mainly white team with some women
Persian manager = 100% Persian male team
Indian manager = 100% Indian male team
Woman manager = 90% women team
It’s shocking how clear the lines area in a ‘diversity oriented company’.
You do realize they HAD to because they're a fed contractor.. they didn't do it because they wanted to. I'm guess some businesses will spew whatever Trump wants to hear so they're not black listed.. and won't actually change the way they think or act.

The president is a known racist, and his second in command cashed in on apartheid to make him the man he is today... but he wholeheartedly denies racism ... in South Africa. DOH

It’s an easy call for anyone who has been disadvantaged or threatened by DEI.
I can honestly say I have never been involved in a decision that favoured Caucasian males because of their ethnicity. I have been in situations where DEI quotas filtered out applicants based on race and gender before evaluating their credentials and accomplishments.

Maybe go ask the Rev Jesse Jackson if Trump is a racist, or perhaps go have a look at the mar a lago rules before Trump bought it and what he did there.
As for Elon again with zero proof your making big claims.

He wasn't in charge of the building when this happened. They had strict rental rules about not renting to low income/welfare recipients and anyone without good rental history. There was never any evidence they had racist rental policies and the govt didn't find any evidence.
Maybe you should go read and look some more instead of just believing hit pieces written last year

It was a private home before Trump bought it.. and it was trump's private home until he turned it into a private club.
