Just remember one thing, trust important. Yes, it is exciting to use a free service that will redirect your DNS requests and get you American Netflix.

I'm sure Russian and Chinese organized crime will provide you with a DNS service that will provide redirects at no charge if you ask them. Would you feel safe using their service?

If not, why not?, and how is that any different from a mystery guy in the US who is "nice".

The plugin configures your proxy to use a script only for netflix, pandora, hulu... etc. The streaming part of the netflix, pandora, hulu... actually goes straight to your computer. Here you can look at the script https://mediahint.com/default.pac Yes they could actually set up a redicrect and with a phony page, but then there's https... and the world could end yada yada...

I used to have a WD Live TV Media player with netflix app... all I had to do on that device was manually set my DNS to one of the many free DNS services that originate from the states and I was able to get American netflix without any additional cost to a provider like unblockus.

See if you can manually enter your internet settings into your TV.
