I looked it up and can't find it either, HTA 136 just states that the operator of the vehicle must stop within the appropriate area (e.g. behind the line). Looks like trackstands are all good.
I must've gotten law and CSC mixed up.
That's true but how you do it counts too lol

Got nailed once and next thing I know I've got three cop cars around me, one writing the ticket the other two saw me pulled over and wanted to talk bikes haha.
