Allstate better than State Farm

28, ZX6R, full M, 7 years riding, 2 years gap.

$1311 full coverage, Allstate

Didn't use the Allstate rep in this thread.

Not sure where you got that from but they did review my file for about 3 weeks before I got the green light.

Gonna give these guys a call and see how much the quote is...

Update:

Using the telephone # in this thread:

Full M, 28, no accidents, no house or car, won't insure a 2008 GSXR750

You may need a car to get this rate, like I mentioned it took nearly a month to get approved. Having 7+ years riding experience helped.

Is $1400 a year a good price for an SS? I was considering upgrading if it's only a bit more money but I'm paying under $500/yr right now.

Yeah that doesn't work for me. I'm joined under my folks for a car. I don't drive much either lol

I don't think $1400 for a ss a year... is too much money.

Maybe not. But I've also got 2 cars I'm paying close to $1200/year for (each). Adds up fast.

I am with allstate. If you get into an accident... it's a nightmare. It takes forever for them to get anything done. They aren't knowledgeable and just ignore your calls and emails. Worst claim experience ever.

I think that might be up to the agent/adjuster you get. I had no issues with a claim with a claim, it was actually quite straightforward and painless. YMMV.

Donald got me a decent quote relative to TD MM's renewal rate.
Still an increase from last year, and the same as my first year of riding with TD MM, but that was the cheapest rate I've come across so far.

He's at extension 5015, and mention you're a referral from GTAM--will likely work in our favor.
