alarm ring tone

What do you use as your ring tone to wake you up?

I've been wanting to go to gym first thing so I started setting mortal kombat theme song as my ring tone... I get up every time.
 
Bettye Lavette's cover of 'Nights in White Satin'. I can't stand being jarred awake, this gets me up without the myocardial infarction.

Usually people put some nice music or their favourite song, and then they start to hate that song after a few weeks.

This. It's a long song and I loved it so much that I would wake up to enjoy the rest of it. It worked for a while until what ViperZ happened. I used to get goosebumps every time...but now the song's ruined for me.

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz. *wipes away drool* lol. Sure it wasn't to fall asleep to?!
But agreed. No one likes waking up, so to relate a song or noise to it will only have negative feelings towards it within time!
