about freakin time - kudos to the home owner...

Nice neighnourhoods get broken into a lot more. And their cars get stolen more

Show the stats. I mean, I could be wrong. But show me otherwise.

Why would you rob poor neighbourhoods? Wealthy areas have better stuff.

Well, duh. So that begs the question.....and I've posted the answer.

There is usually more security in rich neighborhoods. Cars and big screen TVs from high class neighborhoods carry a large risk of being caught. Break into a poor peoples house and stealing wads of cash and whatever drug stash they have too is a better pay off to risk ratio.

you would think..but the company I own shows me differently. Most people never put the alarm on and they don't usually alarm second floor windows for example. There was a guy in Lawrence park a few years ago people called spider man cause he climbed up to second floor windows.

Looking at Roberry the poor neighborhoods have more. For break and enter I would say there is a pretty good spread for both poor and rich neighborhoods.

I love how the financial district is the worst for incidence of theft of $5000+.

And the inevitable. It'll be really interesting to see the results of this investigation.

Thursday night discussing racial profiling and how to rehabilitate prisoners back into society when they’re released. - Way to break the stereotype.

Maybe he was running an experiment to get to jail then see how well he could do when he got out? As a side note Somali immigrants in Aus get quite a bit of media coverage for similar offenses.

“Everything good that people want for their kids, he was the perfect example,” said Hassan.
All three friends said he wasn’t the type for criminal behaviour.
“He always avoided that crowd,” Hassan said. “He always told the young guys it’s not the way.”

What a load of bull ****. He may have tricked everyone into thinking he was a good kid, but he got caught red handed and he paid for it.

Looks like the Star is trying to turn it into a Canadian version of the Trayvon Martin case.
