I drink Heineken, and I can't stand it in bottles, have had too many skunky Heineken's in bottles. Thinking maybe because they are green bottles and not brown, so they don't filter the light out as well? Plus Heineken cans can be tossed in freezer, and if I forget about em they don't blow up :)

I had two cans explode in my drybag full of clothes when I went camping last weekend :(. So they're not perfect but definitely better than bottles.
 
So what you're saying is you openly admit to planned drinking and driving.

This is why I switched to a bottle of Jagermeister kept in the freezer until it's time to go and a few tins of Red Bull.

lol i came across the same types of threads, but i still went out and bought a hardcase and a spare passenger seat to tear apart and slap a mounting plate on. Tired of lugging 10 pounds of food plus random accessories in a back pack for every shift

The thing is, that a top case seems the most logical for an ss as it doesn't affect your ground clearance and if it's mounted far enough back, you can still take a passenger but the from what I read the location and weight of a top case on an SS can make the bike unstable when accelerating at higher speeds and even worse, wheelie prone.......if there is one thing I'm not willing to sacrifice, it's safety. I might just look into some more sustrantial soft luggage.

Bah! It's bubbly brown stuff that makes me wobble after a few.Don't care what brewery it came from.
Glass! It's in a glass ffs,or a can if i need to pack lite.

Some of you guys need to spend a bit of time around a campfire,with bugs still in your teeth after 1,000km in the saddle.Any beer tastes good then.Leave the snobby critique stuff for the single malt.Ummm...nahhh never mind...same ****.
