Put a warning label on that, *******. Some of us browse at work

This is from the show the airs on discovery channel... surviving in wild or something and that was caused by a snake bite.

Wow, sorry guys to upset your day at work surfing the forum. It has been corrected.

you still corrected it! there is no going back now...

Oh no no, it twas a mod who corrected my post not I. I just felt the need to say sorry for ruining peoples work days while they surf the interwebs.

Kinda cool to see all the bones and stuff. That'll take forever to heal.....if ever.

I have a funny feeling it is not 100% legit...but I could be wrong. Either way a solid reminder that flips flops and motorcycles don't mix...

Alright people ... before you all go freaking out I will point out some things I notice about this picture and why it is not a motorcycle crash.
If I am wrong - whoa is me....

1) There is zero necrosis of the tissue ... I don't even see inflammation ... and blood ...?
2) A wound like that would compromise the vasculature of the extremity in some way or another yet I see no discolouration due to shunting. You may say at this point, "you said you don't see blood. Isn't that shunting?" To that I say shunting is evident by noticeable discolouration and this foot looks just fine to me.
3) It's way too clean. That looks like a degloving kind of wound where the flesh is literally peeled off the muscle. Anyone who has seen a serious motorcycle crash knows our skin turns to hamburger meat or serious thermal friction burns and does not flay as it appears here.
4) Something about the anatomy of the foot doesn't look right. I've seen a human foot in a not so pleasant way due to severe trauma and when the tissues and bone are all exposed ... it doesn't look like that

Those are just my case and points so you all can keep your lunch down. I think some one was having fun with photoshop or this picture is something totally different and not what people are making it out to be.

The back story is that is actually from a snake bite. Nothing to do with motorcycles.

That makes more sense. This would be the post op picture then on account of the surgeon literally cutting away the necrosis to save as much tissue as possible. That I believe and the foot resembles that kind of trauma much more so than a motorcycle crash.
Poor dude.
