as 7up mentioned this intersection is very risky and I avoid it as much as possible and approach with extreme caution when I ride through it.
In this case, if you know the intersection, the Mazda was actually going straight to exit off the road. It was the motorcycle that was following the 'curve' of the road but definitely had the right-of-way. So sad.
