They say it was 102 minutes that changed the world. What it really was was 102 minutes that changed my family.
On this day 12 years ago the world and my family lost a man who cared more for other people then himself. When my family fell apart he tried to keep it together which is his lasting legacy that I'm sure my entire family will remember.
Some things and people you don't realize you have till their gone. We knew how special Joe was and the impact on other people he had but truly didn't see the full scope of this till his passing.
So today on the 12th anniversary of 9/11 I ask that all of you who read this post take a single moment to stop and an reflect on yourself and others that try to better this world that we live in and give thanks. It's never to late to make a difference and change someones life.
