Wow Mr. Walczak, Thanks for sharing. I was also in an accident Sept. 29. I was off the bike for 6 months to the day due to injuries.
Like you I'm also glad for the things I still get to do and riding is still one of them.
Thank the maker for quality gear I only suffered a broken ankle and crushed knee from the bike landing on it (saved the bike from more serious injury! LOL)
I mainly ride in city (woodbridge /brampton ) for commuting as opposed to going out in the country. Yes, it is scary driving amongst other traffic, and maybe I'm weird or something but I actually find that aspect of motorcycling fun. Scanning traffic, checking lanes, always checking for exit options, gunning throttle or braking to ensure I'm not in anyone's blind spot. I feel least safe in wet weather or dark so I avoid those conditions
