Same here, sent an email yesterday asking for an update and have not received a reply.Still waiting for my Scala set.
Still no reply to my email, and still no shipping notice for my scala's. Going to call them in the morning...
Update: Sunday april 25th
Tried calling several times on friday and saturday with no answer/ busy signal. Stopped in on saturday afternoon and was told the cardo scala q3's wont be in till the end of may!!! They offered a refund or to wait it out and i'm going to wait but was very clear they need to update the accuracy of there website. 2 out of 3 items i've ordered, in two separate orders were not in stock/ not released/ and no chance of getting it for 6-8 weeks. Next time there is a 50 % sale I'm going into the store, asking if the item is in stock, buying it online on my phone and walking out the door with it.
/ end rant.
For a savings discount of 50%, what's the hurry?
My Sena's arrived today, a week earlier than they said they'd be shipped, let alone arrive.
I still have one helmet left to arrive, but with the hundreds of dollars saved, I could wait a few more weeks.
You're lucky they didnt just flat out refuse your order like they did mine. I only ordered $200 worth of stuff, it's not like I was ordering 20 scala's and 10 drift HD cameras...
I ordered two dual sets of SMH-10. Going to gift one. Got my order in today and there was only one set. Sent them an email.
Lets see how this goes.
On a side note I will soon have a slightly used dual set of SMH 5 for sale.
I've noticed my order coming in several smaller shipments (likely as it leaves the warehouse/store/magive-unknown-location at different times?), but I'd follow up for sure. What's the invoice say in the box? You sure you ordered 2 dual sets? or 2 sets? I almost made that mistake and caught it before checking out at the end.
The invoice says qty 2. And yes Im sure I ordered two dual sets. Two sets and spare accessories came to 388. I dont understand how they can afford to have such a sale but Im not complaining.
I sent them a picture of the invoice, the box it came in and the contents of the box. Im hoping your right about it being pieced out but the pieces are identical so that would be strange. Ill give them a couple days and then call them up. As mentioned before with such a good deal its okay to be patient. What am I gonna do, ask for an additional 10% off for the wait? haha
