Yes, also just got a refund. Both items out of stock. Scorpion helmet and pair of jeans. It's still available for ordering on the website, though.Did anyone else get "refunded" because the items were out of stock, even though they were part of the sale? (ie: not bell/shoei helmets)
It was mentioned that they would just get more stock in to fill the orders

They seem so easy going, and out for business, I don't think you'd have any probs with price matching.

Located in Oakville. Just got home and opened the package. Opened it up and noticed that they sent me a 11.0 speed master as opposed to the 12.0 I had ordered. This will get a bit interesting to see how they fix this issue. To compound the issue the 11.0 looks a bit dirty.
Basically got an email saying that the owner spoke to the ownr of Joe Rocket and it is essentially the same jacket except the badging is different. Confusingly he also stated that they have a disclaimer on the site where the product displayed may not be the product sold.. which would be okay except he sent the wrong product. So as a broader question, is a 11.0 worth 200 tax in as they are discontinued?

WTH.. Hopefully it was a mishap, you paid for the 12.0 thats what should've arrived in the mail. Did you ask him for a exchange?
I wasn't able to find any feature comparisons between the two jackets, and the only Speedmaster 11 jacket I found for sale was $430. If you believe the jacket is brand new and there isn't any major updates or features to the 12.0 I would barely accept the 11.0 jacket for $200. It's a matter of principle they provide you the Speedmaster 12 jacket, as that is what was advertised on the website.

Bullcrap.....if I paid let's say for a helmet with graphics and got a solid one or one with a different graphics I'd be ******.. Whether it's the same jacket or not, it's really the principle.

I ordered a set of pants ( Scorpion 2013 Womens Savannah II Textile ) for my girlfriend from the site when there was $100 coupon for $40 on a groupbuy site a few days before this 50% sale, they sent out the Scorpion 2012 Womens Savannah Textile Pants instead of the current one's advertised. I'm going into the store on friday to sort it out since there is a significant difference.
