5 YR old Kid twisting the throttle, while dad sits behind..

If this wasn't illegal I'd try that with my boys. Of course not with the Busa but a less HP ride.

I was going to say that boy has amazing clutch control but realized the father has his hand on the left side. Not too dangerous and still builds bond with his son.
 
A few years ago I took my son up to Motopark and they had a small track for the kids. I couldn't believe how small some of the kids were riding their own dirt bikes. They had no problem with throttle control or balancing the little bikes. Their were four little girls that were about 4 - 6 years old and two were on minibikes a two on an ATV. Their parents were no where in site, they were on their own having a good time and it was pretty obvious that they were good at riding. It was definitely a holy chit moment for me,
 
Wish I had a dad like that.

Who was the MPP that wanted to ban passengers under 14 and how much ammo could she make out of the video?
It was an illegal and high risk ride, endangering the physical part of the child.
Mentally speaking the kid got time with dad, wasn't watching TV or eating, picked up some balance / motor control skills, etc etc.
Was it a fair trade off? Your kid your choice.
To my knowledge no one has been hurt in Ontario in such an incident but the rides of this type are so rare that stats have yet to come into play. I would speculate that if it became a common activity it would get ugly very fast.
 
There's a Darwin Award winner in the making. Or two.
 
Maybe there was a throttle lock and the kid was just holding on?
 
That's awesome but I have to give the video a thumb down because I can't accept that a 5 year old is cooler than me. :(
