250 riding group

I got a Ninja 250 up in Thornhill. If anyone needs a riding buddy around Richmond hill/Thornhill/Toronto lemmy know! I'm sort of new (2 months riding) looking to get some more practice in.
 
Im in East York. Have a good 250 Honda Rebel. Thought I'd see if there are other women in my area wanting to ride. I've had m2 for a month. I've done lots of city riding with speeds of 60 and under. Haven't done highway at all yet and don't think I'm ready for it yet. But feeling really good and love riding, wana get a bit more in. And maybe a pit stop for coffee heheheee

during my safety course we had mainly sportbikes, then 1 cruiser (honda rebel :) ), 1 streetfighter style (?), there was a dirt bike too but it was out of commission. i tried all of them, but i've always been a harley/cruiser person. just can't afford a harley and their corresponding insurance premium. dont forget the 'harley' premium on top of regular insurance. didn't quite get that.

plus im really enjoying my 250 right now. i ride a yamaha route66/virago.


so who's down for a ride? nothing crazy. noobie/semi noobie pace/route? meet new ppeps?!
 
Love them harleys but I agree sooooooo can't afford them. A woman near me has a real nice little Harley. I think she keeps it covered to keep my drool off it.... lol -- I was looking at a suzuki boulevard when I upgrade but like yourself I'm enjoying my 250 still. I'm not going for a ride tonight but I might early tomorrow.

No worries. I think me and a bud are just gonna hang around there for a bit anyways. If you guys finish any time soon, head over! We're just gonna be chilling for a while.
 
F#$$% I missed this for going on a joy ride to gp bikes...anything on Sunday? Or we out due to rain?
