2025 might be the Year Of The Deal

What you're doing on the 401 waiting for it to be over. Not much fun, no interesting scenery to look at, you're aware of your surroundings but you're just using that highway because you're trying to get somewhere.

Some of us weirdos actually enjoy that, and zen out on it even. At least once you're out of the city traffic.

Wow those are smoking deals! That Dragster at the top is smoking hot (looks much like my Monster) but love the livery on it.

I don't think I would take an MV if I was given one at this point.

They were always kind of suspect in the quality department, and now with the possibility of no support?

If they become cheap enough..... maybe buy one to put on display. They are pretty.

I'd take the Superveloce s just to sit and look at it. Bonus if it's ridable. :)

What's the original purpose?
To me it's having an adventure how, when, where or why is up to the rider.
You can kind of say that of any bike. When you add long travel suspension and knobby tires it's intent is leaning toward gravel I think.

I haven't had a feet-forward cruiser since my first bike a Kawi Vulcan 900 but I too prefer my feet more under my knees or back more even ... there are plenty of cruisers that allow a mid-peg/floorboard option so you can't rule them all out because not all are feet-forward.

True. Some power cruisers have mid-mount controls, feet below the rider. Harley Street Rod (the old 2006 model not the new one) had mid-mount controls as well as kits to move the pegs back.

Just took a closer look at those MVs for sale:

Wasn't there a guy on GTAM who bought one of these as a collector's item? He was going to display it in his house or something?

Damn.

Just goes to show you, you never know which way the market will go.

This looks like it would be an awesome track bike... 🤔

Are F3's collectible? I would think maybe the F4, or possibly the Superveloce (not my cup of tea). EDIT: the 1000 I4 version.

2024 was already the year of the deal from my perspective. If 2025 somehow manages to top it, I'm going to end up owning a dozen eclectic motorcycles instead of just half a dozen eclectic motorcycles.

None are actually valuable (not quite **** boxes, but not desirable either), but that's part of the fun.

Your garage should be like a sanctuary for motorcycles: You take in the neglected, unwanted strays, nurse them back to health, help them rise up to their full potential, and then when they're ready you set them free and make room for the next poor motorcycle crying out for help on kijiji.

If things get worse than 2024 we're going to run out of beds for the sick over here.
