Ok, turns out it was indeed the place that the reverse image search was turning up, but I couldn't find an exact enough angle to be 100% sure. Wasn't riding across the city just to find out it wasn't a match. All good, onwards.

Also... I've never seen the midges be this bad... Tannery park was swarmed with them. Had to keep my helmet closed 😂
