I had a different issue.
Phone camera is too good and GTAM server were refusing the upload.
That guy sitting by the parking lot gates was probably wondering
"What's with these guys and their bikes and taking pictures by this sign?"
Were there a bunch of Lambo's/Exotic cars by the bistro?
iPhone? Create a shortcut to resize the photo.
I guess it can be done on Android as well, but I have no clue how.

Never had the need to but I will look into it.
I use pocket paint for resizing.

Then another 20 or so exotics at the side of the road on Appleby line and Derry (north Side).
I'm guessing they were going for a cruise.
