Man, the bottom really fell off this season. They never recovered from that Covid outbreak.
Now I worry about next year's team already. The core is going to be more or less the same Siakam-Anonoby-VanVleet-Trent?. They need to do a ton of work in the off-season to get more competitive.
Still have a big hole at centre and will now need another guard if Lowry doesn't re-sign.

reading some BS about a sign and trade for Lowry to get Simmons
why TF would the Raps want that? our guards are expected to shoot and score
he is not a point in the Raps system
would rather see FVV dribble the paint off the ball than watch Simmons not shoot
I prefer the rumour of Siakam to the Warriors for Wiseman and we get picks
ditch the salary, add a high ceiling 5, and a high first rounder to our already #4
the rumour also included Wiggins
never say no to a wing that can score a bit and play some D
and with Pascal's contract gone
maybe there's $$ to resign KL, and/or grab a decent 2 guard
return of DeRozan? that would be sweet

The plan is to develop him into a point forward
Raptors are known for having defensive versatility and his length is more valuable than what Suggs can contribute in the short term
Siakam stays unless Golden state sends us Wiseman and filler
We are still weak at the 5 and most of the free agents have moved on or re-signed
Holmes still a possibility based on the $$
