Not UofT (or T at all), but it is an educational building. Here's another angle..

Right on the first part. And it's closer to you than it is to Robbo if that helps.

Then I'd have a new nickname for you, depending on what you do with the current residents; Scroogey McScroogeface, or Robbo Weinstein.

I'm going to assume people can't read the sign so I found a clearer version online.
