Is a little out of the tagging boundary, 10-15 min ish, but is a common spot for people to ride out to.

Yes, as Jayell pointed out, outside the boundary is a no-no. The previous tag is still open.

Now, Evon can post a new tag or JamJam can post old and new before Evon does and steal the point.

PS: if someone is already on the way to the invalid new tag and tags it, penalty is in order for Evon..
