I watched them build that. Passed it weekly on the trek home from the inlaws. It would be 11 pm, and the floodlights would be out. And iirc, it was almost all volunteer / donated labour. Was mighty impressive.
 
Down by the Bay, where the watermelons grow....

That hot dog stand has been there for years. I remember grabbing some chow after leaving that establishment, like 14 years ago.

I don't know, but I wouldn't feel hunger for a hot dog after coming out of there lol
