Nims232, can you take my single point an make it a floating point awarded to whomever is in second place at the time? That way first place better have more than a one point lead to win.....

Hint-It's just off of a street that runs NE to SW. It's on the SE corner of a triangular intersection. Think of one of the greatest wartime leaders of the 20th century who loved cuban cigars.
 
Ah man- I did know that street. I had it oriented wrong on google maps!
