A motorcyclist is dead following a collision involving a vehicle in North York Thursday night, a representative with Toronto Emergency Medical Services has confirmed.
It happened shortly after 10 p.m. on Willowdale Avenue south of Finch Avenue.
The driver of the vehicle was taken to hospital with undisclosed injuries.
There is currently no word on the age or sex of the motorcyclist or driver.

A male motorcyclist has died after a crash involving a car in North York, EMS confirms.
It happened on Willowdale Avenue near Yonge and Finch.
The driver of the car remained on scene and has since been taken to hospital as a precaution.
The male’s age is not currently known. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
“I saw the motorcycle going north on Willowdale Avenue. It seems that he didn’t see the car that was turning left…the car didn’t see the motorcyclist, and the motorcyclist obviously didn’t see the car…I was shocked,” said witness Marina Mugler.
An investigation is underway. No charges have been laid.

A 23-year-old man was killed when his motorcycle crashed into a car in North York.
It happened around 10 p.m. Thursday on Willowdale Avenue near Yonge Street and Finch Avenue.
Police said the motorcyclist was driving “at a high rate of speed” when it hit a Lexus turning left at Olive Avenue. He died at the scene.
The driver of the car was taken to hospital as a precaution.
“I saw the motorcycle going north on Willowdale Avenue,” said witness Marina Mugler. “It seems that he didn’t see the car that was turning left … The car didn’t see the motorcyclist, and the motorcyclist obviously didn’t see the car … I was shocked.”
An investigation is underway. No charges have been laid.
