By reducing the saturation, I can see a few lines at the bottom of the signs but not make it out. I'll look again

I have Camera+ but never tried it for low light. Can you manipulate the capture or just apply filters in edit mode?

Edit mode. "Night" scene usually works pretty well. That or "Clarity"
Also, using the motion "stabilizer" helps as it only takes the pic once the camera is perfectly still.
