I'm going to have to side with the others here, the tag must be publicly accessible and being photo tag, the goal is to have something in the foreground visible for them to get in their shot.

I'll leave you the chance to put a new picture up within the next few hours or something nearby within say Google streetview.

Yes. Well, it was. Too challenging to find, apparently.

As it was too challenging to look for the head security guard at Porter Dock and ask him to let me do a photo shoot.
