not to mention suzuki started as a Loom maker...kawasaki started making jet engines and bullet trains.

wow that sounds pretty serious. what exactly is a custom frame? just stock frame with powder or something extra fancy?

Tubular steel replacement frame, I sent him a spare frame for him to design and make 09-12 ZX6R frames

I love the lights, less hideous than the previous year's.

Not digging the black exhaust. Maybe it's huge so they try to black it out? I bet there is a catalytic converter in there, making it so huge

There are companies that make a pipe to remove that, and they call it a cat removal pipe. So assume it had some sort of cat inside. Yes there is also some in the end of the header. Still I see slot of people refer to the big box as a cat also.

I have 4 of them maybe I should cut one open

Same deal on the R6, two "cats" in the headers, and the monster "cat box" everyone calls it. Someone cut it open the other day, and voila, no cat inside, just baffles.

Let us know if you cut open a Kawi one :)
