GWS Rider. This is the third crash today, what's going on?

A female motorcyclist ran a red light at the intersection of University and Richmond in downtown Toronto, hitting a car and flipping over two hoods, according to one witness.
The driver, who was conscious as she was loaded into an ambulance, was taken to St. Michael’s Hospital. No word yet on her condition.
Two left lanes on University Avenue were blocked as well as two right lanes on Richmond Street West. But they have since reopened.
