2009 Aprilia RS125 Fork Oil Change

Anyone know what's involved in changing the fork oil on my RS125? It's got about 14000 km on it and it hasn't been changed since 2009 so probably overdue. AF1 Racing told me I need to change the bushings, as well, which are discontinued and only available from Europe (and are super expensive there). Is that accurate that those need to be changed?

Also open to recommendations for a shop that would just do this for me in uptown Toronto.

Unfortunately Alleycat is out of commission due to a riding accident where he broke his hip. Based on the email I got he should be fine but won't be working for awhile.
