can someone explain why the bike wheels wobbled like that?? IT just happened out of no where. He wasnt even going that hard it looked like either?

Looks like a yamaha, bad engineering possibly? I think ill stick with honda :D

Has to do with a lot of factors, but what you see there is called in laymans terms, a "tank slapper".
You can get them where the front end shakes, due to a momentary loss of front end traction, with it re-gained while the front wheel is angled out of line of the direction of travel and can set up the possibility for it to go back and forth, very fast. There is an Isle of mann video with a great example of it.

This one looks more like the rear end simply came out a little bit on acceleration out of the corner, and as he sensed it, let off the throttle a touch and it swapped back and forth a few times until he closed the throttle down a bit more to get it to settle in.

Those are two different types, caused by different things and are corrected in opposite ways... However, it's usually an instinctual reaction based on experience, as it is usually over before you can react, it happens pretty fast.

All bikes are capable of it, depends on the way they are set up, geometry, steering dampers, suspension etc.
