yea the WRC rally drivers of today do say that todays cars are faster, but they said driving todays WRC car is easy peasy compared to the group B monsters...same thing with F1 cars...back in the 80's they had just as much if not more HP with no electronic gizmo...
its surreal watching the F1 car squirm on the straightaway and the driver correcting it at 200km/h...insane!
and thats why i have so much respect for F1 drivers of that era....
Lewis Hamilton was in tears after driving Senna's car on Top Gear....when a man who pilots todays F1 cars can barely control that thing and he cant even believe just how much skill it took to drive those things at 10/10 pace.
