And he/she is entitled to their point of view but my experience suggests otherwise. Not all, but many of those in power abuse it and they get the benefit of the doubt.

Pretty sure I know the thread you refer to and as I’ve said before, those in positions of power should be held to a higher standard but it’s not necessarily the case.
