I suspect its on the list of parts of the cow that doesn't get approved for human consumption anymore and likely goes to the all beef dog food company. Or McDonalds.

so now I'm curious, what did you want the braaaainz for?

Battered and fried brain is one of my favorite foods. Very tasty.

Steak tartare, which is pretty much raw steak, is another favorite of mine. I recently found a french restaurant in toronto that makes it. They bring it from a very special farm in BC. Due to the risk of selling raw beef meal they make sure the beef is top quality. Maybe I should talk to them to get me some BRAAAINZ.

Heck, next year it would be cool to throw a GTAM braaainz BBQ around haloween.

It might be a brain... but at least it came from an animal with four legs.
