The safety is still valid, but how can I go about ensuring that the bike isn't stolen or has liens on it? Would that be part of the UVIP or ownership?

I just got a few quotes for a 2017 Ninja 300, Got a few around averaging $4500/year... (NFP, TD, etc...) Called Desjardins and they quoted me $2000/year for the same amount of coverage. Are there strings attached? Are there other companies that are known to have better or is this around the best...
