    Questions To Harley Riders

Nope. a Harley is a Harley - but you're generalizing all Harleys across the board based on the smallest one. Decide what you're trying to argue here. Your thread is to Harley riders. Rename it so you can belittle the correct owners. Same as saying to all the Yamaha riders, why is the C3 so...

    Questions To Harley Riders

You test rode the baby Harley, and you're going to judge based on that? Go try a streetglide if the shaking bothers you. Sportster an entry level cruiser. cruiser HP varies way differently than same displacement sportbikes. The sporty crowd is a cult. its not meant for long distance highway...

Shop that can run wires internally - handlebars

The horsecock was the ticket - its called a wire mesh grip incase anyone needs to ask around about it and feels strange asking for a horsecock. All it took was one pull to get 'er done. Erm..... Ok, have at it. This is a loaded post.

To train or not to train?

You don't know what you don't know. Courses are always a good idea despite the faction that will say to save your money and just practice. the standard m exit courses are a must. There are advanced riding that hones your skillset a bit more that are offered by schools. Yes these are great...

Shop that can run wires internally - handlebars

Lube. I never thought of that, though I've never had a problem with tight spaces. Erm. Moving on... I've run internal wires on an older bike of mine but these are drastic bends. I managed to run 6 out of 10 on one side. Running the other four was tight.

Shop that can run wires internally - handlebars

Hey all, looking for a shop that can run the electrical through my new bars - they're 14" tall and have 2 90 degree hard bends. Been trying to do this myself but after loads of frustration, its going to either be run the wires externally (****) or get someone to do them for me. The stock...

    LED headlight options

The amount of ppl on the roads these days don't understand what flashing hi beams can/do mean. unless your bike is made for them or you've acutally tested/measured the beam pattern, can't just assume they're not blinding anyone.

    Grounds to File 11b?

You were going pretty fast in a 50 zone - unsure what your plan is other than win by technicality. You're likely best off getting a ticket fighter/lawyer and paying upfront to get someone who has the skills to win this for you, rather than rely on what ppl say to do on the internet.

    TDot Performance - Horrible Experience

you'll likely not find any shops keeping most items instock. Its logistically not possible to carry a part for every motorcycle. Whatever they have are popular parts, parts that were restocked due to ppl backing out, and items they got a smoking spiff to buy and sell multiple units.

    My thoughts on Fortnine store

pretty decent - a bag I took on a long haul to dragon, the mount tabs stitching kind of pulled out a bit - they offered to credit me if I had it repaired at a local store.

How to "private sell" a motorcycle?!

Like someone mentioned, don't meet at your house. Always keep the keys on you as well as the ownership. (not on the bike incase they take it). No test rides - the headaches if something were to happen are something you don't want to experience. (they can watch you ride by as a test) Deposit...

    Unpaid policy coverage?

Hi all, Annoyed by something and need to see if anyone has any idea of truths in this scenario. I had a policy with a company, and when it rolled over to the next year, they never issued me a renewal invoice (due to an apparently system issue). They never contacted me ever through the year...

Iron 883 one of the most beautiful and also maligned motorcycle

Loved when I had my 883. Modified it quite a bit, quite a few times (drag bars, to ape bars, to drag bars), did the 1200 upgrade (which is better than 883, but the 883 tranny is geared differently than a legit 1200, so you run out of gear quite quickly), chopped the seat, and other little cool...

Rain gear - what do you really need?

Hmm. I wonder if you can rain x your visor - I don't see why not unless plastic is not advised? Used to put on my cars, and even aquapel on my last one. Love that stuff. Boots and gloves is my gap. My boots are short, so water gets in from the top. And I carry some nitrile gloves to pull...

A crappy idea but someone had to think of it

This scares me. Needs to protrude more and have a more secure 'ball'... maybe even an upward angle.
