I saw one in person, looked cheaply made. If your looking for a bike like that I would go with the TU like RetroGrouch suggested or stick with the Ninja.
The crank was balanced when the bike was first built by Harley. No need to re-balance it again unless you wanted every last bit of performance. Then you would be tearing the motor down and replacing things like the rods, pistons, cams and balancing everything at the same time.
I've used his lines and they are well made. They come with new washers and bolts. With the banjo angle you also have to let him no the degree of twist between the top and bottom banjo. Its better explained on his site and you can always have lines dropped off to be copied.
sounds like a curbsider, buy a bike cheap in Quebec and flip it here, if you want to report him you need to contact omvic, I dont think its worth contacting the police, If you want the bike do whats already been said get the uvip and have the bike inspected by a licensed mechanic to find out if...
check the ignition switch for any numbers stamped in it. You might have to remove it to see if there is anything stamped in it. If there is a number it could be the key code for it. Then just check ebay or google the number and see if someone has that key. Also a used lock set could be cheaper...
If you are the first owner of the bike talk to your original sales person. Usually the dealer will write the key code down down on some paper work somewhere. Also check your owners manual. If the dealer was on the ball they would have written the key code in the manual for you. Before having a...

You cant go wrong with the Z8 or PR2/PR3. For me personally I would avoid any Shinko product. I have had more warranty issues with Shinko then any other brand.
The DL exhaust will need to be modifed to fit your bike. You also wont be able to just use the hindle muffler as the elbow is at the wrong angle. Most slip ons for your bike required you to cut a section off the header to mount the new mid pipe. If you cant weld I would suggest waiting till you...
