I did my M test in Brampton, it was pretty easy, only took about 30 minutes. It was the exact same route that ORRange600 posted in the video. The only issue I had was that big old radio ear piece they gave me, I had to squeeze it into my full face helmet and it hurts! Good luck!
UVIP is not required for relative transferring, only private sell you will need UVIP for the buyer.
