Same here with an 07 SV650s. I had to fabricate a small metal bracket to hold the horn in place, which was the hardest/most time consuming part of the install.
+1000! Collision on it's own would have been an additional ~$800/year for my motorcycle. Removing collision should definitely make your rates more reasonable.
