2020 Season -- Will the pandemic end it?

Oh, I don't know. Perhaps something like this (note the date): https://motoamerica.com/2020/03/motoamericas-statement-on-covid-19/ And several *subsequent* rescheduling announcements (VIR, etc.) Is that too much? For all I know, you're CSBK's do-nothing PR flak.

2020 Season -- Will the pandemic end it?

Still no word from CSBK. Shameful. Thousand$ spent to prepare by participants. The organizers are mute. Be mature, Colin, and say something, ffs.

2020 Season -- Will the pandemic end it?

The AMA is on the fence as to whether the 2020 season is a go in the midst of the pandemic. Shameful silence from CSBK regarding its stance. Joke. Step up already.

    Frank Mrazek

Thanks for the memories kneedragger, bitzz, and to inreb for the throw to Cycle Can's review. I'll did that up. I'd say the closest thing we had to Mrazek during my time racing (2006-2011-2016?) was Brent Strong who, it must be confessed, didn't quite have Frank's staying power. But ya never...

    Frank Mrazek

If anyone's interested (I know you people don't read books anymore), George Jonas wrote a beauty biography of Mrazek called, "A Passion Observed," (Macmillan Canada, 1989). You get a real sense of the guy from Jonas' book. That part I really remember from it is how Frank used to pass guys on the...

    Is riding near redline bad?

drumstyx, If you're ok with doing the speed limit, do it. Ok, 20km/h more, or 40 hph more. Fine. You'll be fine. But if you're planning on ringing neck of your 400E for 40 mins at redline on a 30 (not 20, sorry, my bad) year old bike, then, well, be prepared for boom time.

    Is riding near redline bad?

Are you guys nuts? A 20-year-old 400 at (or near) redline for 40 minutes, ad the question is will it last? Answer: of course it will, for about 9 days. And then, boom. Then you'll be just another schlup on GO from Hamilton to Mississauga. My advice: either relax, do the seed limit and...

Selling a used bike in Ontairo

Get the UVIP now. It gaurantees to prospective buyers that there's no lien on the vehicle and that you own it to sell it. Next, be reasonably certain your bike will certify (lights work, frame's good, brakes work, etc.) And finally, have a (reputable) shop lined up to certify it at the drop...
