You'd be better of purchasing a small 250/300cc bike for just the test and then selling it. Unless you know someone personally (even then it's a long shot), I doubt anybody would lend their bike out.

I found that a bike with abs costs more to insure than without abs. Maybe because of the costs associated with writing off the bike being higher for abs models.

Maybe it's just me, but I liked the look of previous gen R1s better. This one just looks too robotic built from scraps, especially those headlights in the front. The 09 ghost edition R1 with toce quad pipes is my absolute favorite:

Put around 8-9k on mine, still lots of tread left. You're not running them underinflated right ? My last set burned out quick because of that reason.

These public servants have huge egos, and probably a lot more power than they can handle. Especially when entering the US. I've had some unpleasant encounters despite being polite.

Saw signs up for permitting motorcycles on 404 S hov. They didn't update the old signs, just added 2 new ones, quite far apart and easy to miss.
